ABOUT US
A restructuring exercise of an older partnership of Adefila, Akinsomi, Salako and partners gave rise to the emergence of what is now known as Adefila and Partners in March 2003, with its principal partner being Mr. Thomas Kolawole Adefila.
It is in the need to refocus and reposition the practice for effectiveness and efficiency in the service delivery in all areas of Real Estate Consultancy to meet the challenges of globalization that the firm Adefila & Partners was established.

- Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria
- International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)

- The Principal Partner is a member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA)
